Morning

Minutes of Priming

Meditation: Priming

Notes:

  • 1st thing, seated without back support
  • 2nd time doing an unguided meditation, for more info on my structure see Day 98
  • Adjusted to 3-5-5 minute chunks
  • Found 3 minutes for deep breathing a tad too short, will bring back to 4 minutes
  • The timing of the two 5 minute chunks felt good
