EVENING

Minutes of Mindfulness

Meditation: Mindfulness Meditation 1/52: Grounding Your Attention

Teacher: Stephen Proctor

Notes:

  • Seated with back support
  • Sat at a slightly awkward angle as my dog was cuddled up against my leg, I didn’t want to disturb him. I was a bit squirmy in the first half, trying to find a comfortable position for my back
  • I learned that my positioning needs to be exactly the way I want it before I start
  • Once I passed the squirming, it was a good session
