  • Seated, 1st thing

Pre Workout

Minutes of Empowerment Visualization

Notes:

  • Did twice over, very distracted 1st session, didn’t find it productive
  • 2nd session was much better

EVENING

Minutes of Change as a Catalyst For Compassion

Notes:

  • Seated with back support
  • 1st time trying this meditation
  • Brought to light how much I have grown and how far I have come over the years
  • Compare the person of now to the person of then, very powerful
