MORNING

Minutes of Gratitude For A New Day

Notes:

  • Seated with back support, first thing
  • Tried a new meditation, by Tony Brady
  • Quite distracted during this one, will be trying again

EVENING

Minutes of Gratitude

Notes:

  • Seated with back support
  • A new meditation I tried
  • Ambient brainwave meditation, aplha/theta wave 7.83 Hz base, with gamma wave pineal gland
  • There was no talking during this meditation
  • 20 minutes felt like 5, I found a really good zone during this one. Not much though happening, just focused on the frequencies I could hear. Felt calming and grounding.
