  • New meditation by Tony Brady, same person behind the 8 minute morning gratitude I have used.
  • Was tired for this one, I felt like I was in a trance most of the time. He leaves frequent pauses for reflection, I missed what he said numerous times, and then there was silence. Never got into it. Will try again another day.
