Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • Done this meditation before, one of my absolute favourites
  • Feel much much better today, about 90% capacity so got back to doing Yoga again today

Meditation: I Am Safe

Teacher: Shakti Sutriasa

 

Notes:

  • After 1st 4 clients, two of my clients joined me
  • Sat cross-legged
  • 1st time doing this meditation and using this teacher
  • Guided to secure safety by forming a bubble around myself in which everything I feel inside the bubble is safe
  • Played this for one of my clients who is grieving
