Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 1st time trying this meditation and this teacher
  • This was a guided visualization which I will not describe so I don’t ruin the surprise. I will tell this, the scenes were stunning and serene
  • When I opened my eyes at the end my 1st thought was “This is my scene? I want to go back!” and my next thought was “It seems quieter than normal” and this wasn’t because it was quieter outside of me, it was my mind that was quiet.
