  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 1st time trying this meditation
  • Similar to the previous meditation by this teacher, the guidance and quiet space was great and I will definitely do again

Meditation: Yoga For Runners (Post-Run)

Teacher: Daily Yoga App
