  • Day 3 of a 10 day series on gratitude by Michelle Zarin, same creator of my previous series on Surrender, each day there will be a focus on 1 thing in my life to be grateful for
  • Today’s focus was a friend, or person in my life (not immediate family), I am grateful for
  • This allowed me to acknowledge the little things I am grateful for about this person that I don’t give enough attention, it emphasized my appreciation for this person
  • There was initial confusion regarding who I was going to be grateful for, this caused unwanted distraction
