Minutes of Mindfulness

Meditation: MIDL 15 Minutes of Mindfulness 16/20: Observing Thinking Patterns

Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • Very similar to yesterday where I was recognizing when my thinking began and ended. The difference today was labeling each thought, for example (past, future, anger, resentment, excitement, ect.)

Meditation: Yoga: Yoga For Runners (Post-Run)
