Meditation: Yoga – Stiff Joints Relief

Notes:

  • I am in the process of personalizing a new morning ritual which I derived from reading the book Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. I highly recommend this book, it has the potential to change your life all by how you begin your day. I mixed jogging into my ritual last week, and going to try Yoga this week to see which I prefer.
  • 1st time trying this Yoga app. Being a beginner to Yoga, the instructions were very clear and concise. Very basic, hope the intensity increases as I progress through the beginner series.
