Notes:

  • 1st thing, outside, seated without back support
  • 1st 10 minutes: Mindfulness
  • Next 5 minutes: Gratitude
  • Extra time as I desire
  • Took a while to settle in today, decided to go longer to enjoy the peace once I was settled in

Afternoon

Minutes of Heart

Meditation: Day 5 of Heart (Part 2)

Teacher: Michelle Zarrin

Notes:

  • Outside, seated reclined
  • Expanded upon forgiveness today
  • Went into more depth on how to forgive yourself and what it means, learning to accept
