Welcome to another update from my 365 meditation journey, a commitment to meditate 365 days straight. Here is today’s breakdown:

MORNING

Minutes of Gratitude + INtentions

Notes:

  • Tried a new guided meditation called morning ritual, a blend of gratitude and intentions for the day
  • Did seated, 1st thing
  • Really like the power of visualizing your intentions for the day

EVENING

Minutes of MIndful Yoga

Notes:

  • This is part of week 3 of the Palouse Mindfulness 8 week course
  • 1st time ever doing any kind of yoga
  • Very basic movements, tried to keep my eyes close as much as possible
  • Felt very relaxed after

EVENING

Minutes of Surrender

Notes:

  • Did seated right after yoga
  • Day 1 of a 15 day series, one minute will be added per day
  • Not many pauses to be in silence. I suspect this will change as the minutes are added. Overall liked the direction and wording
