  • 1st thing, seated without back support
  • Changed to a 4-5-5 breakdown to increase time for breathing for lymph cleansing and create a mindful flow
  • One of my distractions with not using a guided meditation is I find myself anticipating the bell, signifying my next focus. I realized this today and will be working on that
