Minutes of Gratitude

Meditation: Sensing Gratitude

Teacher: Living Lit Up Life Coaching

Notes:

  • 1st thing, seated without back support
  • 1st time doing this meditation
  • Voice is very soothing, and no background music which I liked
  • Focused on each of my 5 senses one at a time and eliciting gratitude for each sense. Really liked this as it is so easy to take our 5 sense for granted when we do have them
