Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • Highly distracted for the first 3/4 of the meditation, settled in nicely to a space of observance and peace for the last 1/4

  • I find this routine quite difficult, it is the same on as yesterday. I feel like I improved slightly over yesterday.
