- 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
- Decided to go with a guided meditation as my self-guided meditations are running several minutes over lately which is cutting into my morning ritual I have begun recently.
- I loved the guidance in this meditation, unfortunately the voice was very robotic, if iPhone’s Siri had a brother this is how I imagine he would sound. This was a big turn off for me.

- Today got my muscles a little warmer than yesterday due to a little extra intensity. The lack of intensity in the first session had me worried slightly. I want to get my heart rate elevated and my muscles warm for a energizing early awakening.
