Meditation: Mindful Gratitude
- 1st thing, outside, seated without back support
- 1st 10 minutes: Mindfulness
- Next 5 minutes: Gratitude
- Extra time as I desire
Minutes of Heart
Meditation: Day 10 of Heart (Part 1)
Teacher: Michelle Zarrin
- Seated reclined with support, outside
- Today was about self-love, unfortunately I was in a trance a good portion of the time so I don’t have much feedback. I felt very relaxed going into this session and came out equally as relaxed.
- Will do this day again tomorrow without reclining myself to have a better chance of avoiding a trance.
