Notes:

  • 1st thing, outside, seated without back support
  • 5 min. breathing for lymph cleansing
  • 5 min. gratitude
  • 5 min. future self visualization and intention
  • No work today, took my time and didn’t feel rushed. Makes me think I need to do my meditations earlier in the morning so I don’t feel rushed.
