Morning

Minutes of Priming

Meditation: Priming

Teacher: Myself

Notes:

  • 1st thing, seated without back support
  • 5 min. breathing for lymph cleansing
  • 5 min. gratitude
  • 5 min. future self visualization and intention
  • Caught myself a few times anticipating the bell again
  • Mind went off a couple times for 2 minutes, slight frustration set in when I caught myself, let the frustration go completely by the end

Stretching

Minutes of Stretching

Meditation: I AM Affirmations: Courage and Inner Power

Teacher: PowerThoughts Meditation Club

Notes:

  • Tried a new background meditation beat while I stretch. Want to try and find one on Insight Timer in order to more accurately reflect my stats, as Insight Timer keeps detailed stats for me.
  • Love the Music/beat in the background
  • The affirmations are a nice touch, and invigorating
  • Will still browse other options, I can see myself coming back to this one though
