Morning

Minutes of Gratitude

Meditation: Gratefulness

Teacher: Stephan Pende Wormland

Notes:

  • 1st thing, seated without back support
  • 1st time doing this meditation
  • liked that there was no background music, and silence for reflection, ended abruptly which threw me off, won’t do again
  • the abrupt ending left me feeling “off”, this lead me to searching for a short gratitude meditation to bring myself back

  • Lost focus half way through, decided to back track 3 minutes and listen again
