MORNING

Minutes of Gratitude

Notes:

  • Very stressed about letter I am writing to my parents
  • Exhausted

Pre Workout

Minutes of Visualization

Notes:

  • Struggled to stay focused during first half
  • Strong finish, felt empowered

EVENING

Minutes of Mindfulness + Breathing into sleep

Notes:

  • Tried a different mindfulness meditation called “Mindfulness of Feelings”
  • Used this to become more aware of my feelings and see them from a distance, it worked well
  • Don’t often use a sleep meditation but stress was keeping me awake, this put me to sleep
