MORNING

Minutes of Gratitude

Meditation: Peaceful and Relaxed: Gratitude Meditation

Notes:

  • Seated without back support, in the evening
  • Allie joined me
  • This was her first time hearing this meditation, she said she felt really excited empowered after, from the visualization. She had a visualization of her future self that she had never had before. It is for this same reason, that this is my favourite guided meditation.
