Notes:

  • Seated with no back support
  • Have gone through this entire 15 day series before and loved it. Allie mentioned she wanted to start meditating, I thought this was a great place to start!
  • Didn’t find my zone until about half way through, started too late, was tired, easily distracted, and judgemental
