MORNING

Minutes of Gratitude

Meditation: Peaceful and Relaxed: Gratitude Meditation

Teacher: Shambala LLC

Notes:

  • Seated without back support, 1st thing
  • Couldn’t get comfortable, felt slight annoyance and frustration because of this

EVENING

Minutes of Manifestation

Meditation: Manifest Your Unlimited Potential

Teacher: Mark Guay

Notes:

  • Seated without back support
  • Much less discomfort in postural muscles
  • Based on the research and principles of famous psychologist Abraham Maslow
  • Focused on Chakra visualizations, I don’t know anything about Chakra’s other than its a spiritual practice of Indian descent, to my knowledge
  • The 2nd half was a future visualization, which manifested the same visualizations I see during my morning meditations
