MORNING

Minutes of Peaceful and Relaxed: Gratitude

Meditation: Peaceful and Relaxed Gratitude Meditation

Notes:

  • Seated with back support, 1st thing

EVENING

Minutes of Mindfulness

Meditation: Mindfulness Meditation 1/52: Grounding Your Attention

Teacher: Stephen Proctor

Notes:

  • Seated with back support
  • 1st time trying this meditation
  • Stephen recommends doing daily for 1 week, or until your mind no longer wanders, before moving to meditation 2/52
  • Is a body scan meditation with an abundance of silence, which I really liked
  • Mind wandered numerous times
  • Will practice this one until my mind does not wander and I can retain my focus, then I will move on to 2/52
  • If I enjoy his future meditations, he has 1 per week for an entire year, and they are progressive, I may pursue the entire years’ worth
