Meditation: Healing Light Meditation

Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 2nd time doing this meditation and this teacher
  • Feeling noticeably better today, about 70% capacity
  • Not sure if it is coincidence or not but I feel better the day after I did this meditation as I did it yesterday as well
