Minutes of Meditation
Meditation: Healing Light Meditation
Teacher: Liziah Richards
- 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
- 1st time doing this meditation and 1st time using this teacher
- Still not feeling well, this is my 3rd attempt at finding an optimal healing meditation for myself. You know what they say, 3rd time’s a charm! This is the one! Loved it!
- I was guided to breathe in a healing light to watch it travel all through my body section by section, similar to a body scan.
- Also spent a little extra time on healing an area of pain, which for me was my swollen glands on my neck and my sinus.
- Will do again tomorrow if needed for more healing
