  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 1st time doing this meditation, used this teacher many times, he is was of my favourites
  • This meditation was about seeing the opportunity in all of the changes that inevitably happen in our lives and developing compassion for these changes
  • I am not one of them but great message for those who fear or resist change
