Meditation: Self-Care

Teacher: Bethany Auriel-Hagan

 

Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 1st time with this meditation, not this teacher
  • This was a body scan meditation, however, it was not the typical body scan. it focused on mind, body and spirit.
  • Short and effective, will do again if pressed for time as it was a little too short for me

Morning

Minutes of Yoga

Meditation: Yoga – Asanas – Level 1

Teacher: Daily Yoga App

 

Notes:

  • After meditating
  • 1st time trying this routine
  • Very simple, non-exertive routine. I prefer more muscular exertion
  • I did because I am bored of the other routines
