Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 1st time trying this meditation and this teacher
  • I found this meditation by searching for Joe Dispenza as I just started reading his book “You Are The Placebo” and love it already. This teacher is guiding one of his meditations.
  • The message is how our beliefs toward ageing will determine how quickly we age.

Meditation: From Pain To Peace

Teacher: Bethany Auriel-Hagan

 

Notes:

  • After 1st 2 clients, one of my clients joined me
  • Sat cross-legged
  • 1st time doing this meditation, have used this teacher before and she’s great
  • I didn’t have an emotional pain to focus on so I just focused on a subtle lingering dull pain and tension in my left upper trap
  • The idea is to be with your pain without judging it, I love the message
