  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 1st time trying this meditation and this teacher
  • I just finished Byron Katie’s book “A MInd At Home With Itself” which lead me to search Insight Timer to see if she had a meditation on there at all. Low and behold she did! I loved her book by the way, I highly recommend it.
  • This meditation quality was not good and this leads to a lesser experience for me. Otherwise, the meditation itself was great.
  • I don’t see myself doing this one again due to the poor quality
