Minutes of Meditation

Meditation: Safe Base Meditation

Teacher: MINDSPACE

 

Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 1st time trying this meditation, not the 1st with this teacher
  • This was essentially a body scan with some exploration of different polarities on different parts of the body
  • This meditation required a lot of focus as holding multiple body in attention was required
