Meditation: Healing Inner Child & Emotional Processing Meditation

Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 1st time trying this meditation and this teacher
  • This is one of the best guided meditations I have tried
  • The only meditation I have listened to that has brought teary eyes
  • Highly recommended for anyone to safely express repressed emotions and release them
  • I loved the piano in the background, there are some people that find it distracting though
