Welcome to another update from my 365 meditation journey, a commitment to meditate 365 days straight. Here is today’s breakdown:

Morning

Minutes of Meditation

Meditation: Unconditional love (om bhakti tam)

Teacher: DAVIDJI

 

Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 1st time trying this meditation and 4th time with this teacher
  • I loved the structure of the meditation; 1/3 of the meditation was a high-quality talk on the topic of the meditation, next 2/3 was complete silence to meditate with a mantra provided to repeat to myself, and a short wrap-up at the end.
  • This structure is nearly identical to the meditation series I did by Deepak Chopra and Oprah
  • The talk by DavidJi was just as high quality as the talks they gave
  • Awesome guided meditation

Meditation: Yoga For Runners (Post-Run)

Teacher: Daily Yoga App

  • After 1st couple clients, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 2 clients joined me
