Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • 1st time trying this meditation
  • I thought the pace of the meditation was great as well as the guidance
  • I loved the space in between words to reflect and observe
  • Will most definitely do again

Meditation: Yoga – Hip Opener

Teacher: Daily Yoga App
