Minutes of Time Meditation

Meditation: MIDL 15 Minutes of Mindfulness 20/20: Calming Mental Activity

Teacher: Stephen Proctor

 

Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • Last session in this series. I did the series over a period of 20 days instead of 20 weeks. I highly recommend this series to anyone, especially if your into mindfulness.
