  • Seated with back support
  • Day 1 of a day series on gratitude by Michelle Zarin, same creator of my previous series on Surrender
  • Each day there will be a focus on 1 thing in my life to be grateful for
  • Today’s focus was on the city I live in, pick one aspect of my city to be grateful for
  • I chose my favourite park to walk my dog, this park is connected to the beach
  • I created distraction by overthinking what aspect of the city I am grateful for, I was indecisive, this lead to a fairly unproductive session
