Meditation: Day 21 – The Mystery of Time is The Mystery of Spirit

Centering Thought: Timelessness is my deep awareness

Mantra: Shara Vana Ya (My awareness is aligned with the creative power of the universe)

Meditation: Yoga For Stretching

Teacher: GoodLife Fitness Virtual

  • Allie and 2 of my clients joined me

Morning

Minutes of Yoga

Meditation: Day 1 of Gratitude: 11 Minutes of Meditation

Teacher: Michelle Zarrin

 

Notes:

  • Sat cross legged for the 1st time ever for a meditation. Definitely did not maintain perfect posture however I am still excited about this feat. Doing Yoga prior made a difference in loosening up my hips in order for me to do this. I could feel my postural muscles in my back doing work while sitting in this posture for 15 minutes.
  • Allie and 2 of my clients joined me
