  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture

Afternoon

Minutes of Yoga

Meditation: Yoga – Firm Obliques 1

Teacher: Daily Yoga App

 

Notes:

  • This was a pro session being offered for free so I decided to try it. Certain moves challenged my core strength which I enjoyed.
