Meditation: Day 17 – Mastering Awareness Skills

Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • One of my clients of 3 years lost her son this morning, I was slightly distracted over this. I managed to keep it together and maintain presence. It was extremely important for me to be able to ground myself in order for me to create emotional space for my client and their family when I am with them.
