Welcome to another update from my 365 meditation journey, a commitment to meditate 365 days straight. Here is today’s breakdown:

MORNING

Minutes of Gratitude: Peaceful and Relaxed

Notes:

  • Seated, after 1st client
  • 1st time trying this guided meditation
  • Really enjoy this meditation, only downside is that it’s 15min, I am wanting to keeping my morning meditation to 10min max, at least for now. I may change my mind and sacrifice the extra 5min as I found this meditation very beneficial

Pre Workout

Notes:

  • Never found my zone, only about 70% there

EVENING

Minutes of Surrender

Notes:

  • Seated with back support
  • Day 14 of a 15 day series, one minute will be added per day
  • Went into the zone a few times, her voice actually startled me on occasion
  • 24 min flew by, felt like 10 min
