  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture

Afternoon

Minutes of Yoga

Meditation: Yoga – Full Splits (preparation)

Teacher: Daily Yoga App

 

Notes:

  • Had 2 clients join me
  • 1st time doing this routine, really enjoyed it.
  • A lot of focus on hamstring flexibility
