Meditation: Day 4 – How To Make Time A Healer

Centering Thought: I experience the healing power of time

Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • Another great talk today
  • Slightly irritated again today, late night last night, definitely not enough sleep

Afternoon

Minutes of Yoga

Meditation: Yoga Warm-up Essentials

Teacher: Daily Yoga App

 

Notes:

  • Skipped morning yoga session in place of some extra sleep due to a late night last night so did this one in the afternoon
