  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • Another great talk today
  • Don’t have access to today’s Mantra or the English meaning either
  • My meditation experience today was surprisingly even deeper than yesterday, and yesterday was a fantastic session.
  • The talks really seem to put my mind in the right place before the silence kicks in as I have had phenomenal experiences in the past 2 sessions.
