Minutes of Mindfulness

Meditation: MIDL 15 Minutes of Mindfulness 15/20: Observing Thinking

Ambient Sound:

Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • Today’s focus was on creating an awareness to recognize when my thinking starts and when it ends and then say to myself in my head “thinking, thinking”
  • The more aware I became of whether I was thinking or not, non-judgmentally, the less thinking there was

Minutes of Yoga

Meditation: Yoga: Vitality Enhancer

Ambient Sound:

Teacher: Daily Yoga App

Notes:

  • Noticed my mind wander off a couple of times which is highly unusual during a Yoga session
