Minutes of Mindfulness
Meditation: MIDL 15 Minutes of Mindfulness 11/20: Observing Attention Move 2
Teacher: Stephen Proctor
- 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
- Same meditation as yesterday, was able to find that peaceful space in between thoughts again, amazing feeling.
Minutes of Yoga
Meditation: Yoga: Warm-up Essentials
Teacher: Daily Yoga App
- This is by far the most intense of all the Yoga sessions I have done so far on this app. I did it the other day and decided to do it again today. It is tough and would really like to improve of the endurance and flexibility required of this session.
