MORNING

Minutes of Gratitude + Intentions

Notes:

  • Seated 1st thing
  • Tried a new gratitude meditation
  • Couldn’t get into it, it didn’t resonate with me

EVENING

Minutes of Surrender

Notes:

  • Seated with back support
  • Continued the “I AM” Mantra leaving an empty space after to dive deep into
  • Never really found the empty space today
  • Kept repeating the Mantra to try and find it, realized after the meditation that I need to just let it be, and don’t try to force it
