Notes:

  • Seated with back support
  • Didn’t go as deep into it as I would have liked
  • Brought back the “I AM” mantra, ending with my full name, then progressing to ending with silence, in attempt to create a connection with my infinite self. This is by far my favourite part of this series. I really connect on a deeper level
