Notes:

  • 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
  • Listened to a video yesterday on the mind and something was said that resonated with me, and that was that we are all one with nature, so this person makes it a point to meditate outside with nature. This struck a chord with me because I stopped meditating outside, and I never really stopped to think about why. This is why today I decided to use a nature base ambient which had the sounds of running stream water and birds chirping.

  • Had 2 of my client join me for this session, and for one of them it was their 1st time joining me. I was glad to hear they really enjoyed it.
