- 1st thing, inside, Seiza (kneeling) posture
- Listened to a video yesterday on the mind and something was said that resonated with me, and that was that we are all one with nature, so this person makes it a point to meditate outside with nature. This struck a chord with me because I stopped meditating outside, and I never really stopped to think about why. This is why today I decided to use a nature base ambient which had the sounds of running stream water and birds chirping.
